通告全世界亲爱的蕉男柑女 : 2010年城派爱元宵庆典取消

元月十五元宵节是一个美丽浪漫的东方情人节，从2000年开始至今10年间让吉隆坡皇后公园成为其中马来西亚最热门和唯一能够让所有蕉男柑女涉水及膝在蓝色喷水池内，进行热闹尽兴的抢柑夺蕉地点和成功吸引成千上万的国内外游客的出席参与。

筹备经年代2010年2月28日的第11届城派爱元宵，由于活动经费过高尤其来自吉隆坡市政局高达7千元旦租金抵押，爱元宵活动筹委会几经商议和努力寻求政府及私人界给予经费赞助，最后必须忍痛决定暂停进行一年。

特别在此要求媒体能够提早通告所有准备出席的公众，我们对于这项取消决定深感痛心和无奈，并且向所有协助推动的媒体和全世界蕉男柑女，表示抱歉和遗憾， 我们承诺精彩绝伦的爱元宵庆典将会在2011年2月17日继续爆发，共同努力让流传千年和浪漫绝美!起步吉隆坡到全世界每个角落，同时参与属于全世界的东方情人佳节。

第11届城派爱元宵，我们已经确定不能够亲自参与吉隆坡蕉赖皇后公园的蓝色抛柑池现场出席抛柑接蕉盛会,  城派至诚呼吁全世界不论现在享受单身贵族或已经开始在谈着恋爱的蕉男柑女，即日加入facebook/chapgohmei,  在2011年2月17日前夕达致爱元宵面子书总共20，000人数的目标，共同成就最多人数的最大模拟抛柑接蕉池，期盼如愿找到自己心仪的千里缘牵，期待春节的最后一天有个美丽和圆满的结束。

Kek Lok Si Temple Display of Lights

During the Chinese New Year (CNY) celebrations, approximately 230,000 light bulbs and 10,000 lanterns will be lighted up every night for 33 days in conjunction with CNY. The temple is particularly impressive as it remains open until late at night, while the thousands of lights turn the scenery into a sea of light.

Putrajaya Night Marathon 2010
