2. Time is charged to the nearest five(5) minutes flying time.
3. Waiting Time and Excess Waiting time charges. Helicopter is deemed chartered from scheduled time of departure (ETD) till Helicopter is returned to base. Excess waiting time is chargeable at 25% of the ad hoc charter rate.
4. A cancellation within 48hours of a firm booking is subject to cancellation fees equivalent to one hour(1) flying time unless the cancellation is due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather or is subject to prior arrangement.
5. Flight will be confirmed on receiving full payment of the quote amount 3 days in advance before the departure date.
