A mere 40-minute drive from Seremban through Bukit Putus. After the Trachi Police Station, you need to take a left at the Kampung Talang junction. About one kilometre from this junction you will reach Tuan Tulis Ismail Mosque. Stop by and visit the mausoleum of Tuan Tulis Ismail. Tuan Tulis was renowned Muslim scholar who established the mosque in the 1920s.

A further five minutes drive from this mosque you will come across a captivating view. The first sight of Talang Dam with small green islands dotted around the vast waters of the lake bordered by the lush greenery of the tropical rainforests against the landscape of the hills and mountains standing tall amidst the clear blue skies, will leave you in awe. With the lake reflecting the colour of the blue skies and the white clouds floating around lazily, witness the streaks of sunlught on the lake filtering through the trees. This beautiful natural 'heaven' is a popular OBS arena for motivational activities among private organisations.

The 900 acre lake is a rough training ground developed in the midst of nature and greenery. Amenities like jetty, boats, kayaks and camping grounds are all located within the area,while those who prefer more comfortable accomodation, wooden cabins are available under the shade of overhanging branches. Feel the thrill and excitement of rowing a self-made raft using rubber tubes, bamboo stalks and rope. Or while enjoying the fresh breeze blowing in your face on a leisurely boat ride, throw in a line as on a lucky day, you can get a catch of up to two kilogrammes!
